Is it possible to have people be able to click a link, add and edit sticky notes, and do nothing else?

Want to be able to share a board internally in my organisation (1000+ people) and have just one level of access, which is to add and edit sticky notes.

I don’t want people to have to sign up or in, just to add their name if they wish to.

Hi @edod, thanks for reaching out!

At the moment, it’s not possible to share a Miro board publicly and allow people to add sticky notes without signing in. Allowing users to add stickies means granting editor access — which gives full editing rights — and managing that for a large group (like 1,000+ people) could be quite time-consuming.

As an alternative, I recommend using commenter access instead. This lets participants leave comments on objects without changing or deleting any content, which can still enable good collaboration and feedback without requiring full editing rights.

Hope this helps!
