Hi Miro family, I am interested in getting better at template design. I really want to make things that look good while at the same time meeting the client’s expectations. I am most eager to design for workshop ideation as well as project management. I’ve gone through the resources but there’s a lot and I am hoping someone can help me focus on a few things that I should target. Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I imported a template board from Miroverse, but it seems it has overwritten my existing board!Even if I delete the elements, my previous stuff seem to be gone! And I cant revert back! (why is it so?) *SOLVED* : I went to SETTINGS ->VERSIONS and could revert back that way! Phew! =)Strange that the regular BACK button didnt work though!

I’m looking at a refurbish iMac  2013 with extra ram and HD - and I intend to record Zoom meetings using Miro.   Is there any reason to think that Miro will still work in next 5 years with OS that cant update?Who & What would i need to ask about this? thanks

HiI’m not able to upload an old .rtb board that I have backuped few months ago. The file is 200 Mb isch. Looks like the desktop app doesn’t load it and the webapp indicates file is too big. Okay but how I might recover my file ? Any other solution ? I’m would like to change the email for my consultant plan to put a professional one but it doenst’ work as well. It indicates me to create a new account. btw there is NO direct email to contact support anywhere in the customer support page it is absolutely hidden…any idea ? 

I have been working on a decision tree and suddenly I cant make more options/decisions at the outer end of the branches, only at the first ones.

Hi everyone,I upload jpgs of our catalog designs every day for stakeholders to review.  As changes come in I make them in Sketch, export to a new jpg, and then re-upload to the same spot Miro.  Does Miro have the functionality to auto update any jpgs that are updated so that I don’t have to upload the new jpg every time there is an edit?

? will old mac OS work with Miro in the future? i'm lookin at older mac < from friend> to record zoom classes and miro- it has 3T and ? 32 Gb ram.   i need zoom and miro to work…  I want tto know if Miro will work with this computer forr 5-10 years.orr will it be obsolete? thanks

Hi! Help me! I don’t know what’s the problem, but Miro doesn’t work on my phone and tablet, it works only on my laptop. And there is the same problem among my colleagues and team members. 

Good night!When I first installed Miro on mobile, I used it for uploading photos (via “Choose Files” and “Photo Gallery”), and it worked just as expected.Recently, I can’t say how long ago, this funcionality stopped worked across different boards; the only one that keeps working is “Take Photo”.Using the desktop app and browser, I can upload local images. I tried using Android’s browser, only to find out I can only view boards from there. I also attempted a reinstall, to no avail.Any possible idea on why this is happening?Thanks!

Any example or idea of how to make a dynamic where people vote for the option they consider to be the correct answer that is agile and not so complicated to implement especially because there are many questions? I have done exercises where in each box I give the voting option, but is there any other way? Many thanks for your help 😉PS. I have access to Miro's voting plan

Is there absolutely NO way to export a Miro Board to another type of software so that I can instal brand fonts/colour gradients/pass it onto others who don't use Miro so that they can edit it in any other type of software? If not I think I will leave Miro as not being able to bring in brand fonts etc was bad enough but refusing to give us permission/capabilities to edit our hard work further given we can't do certain things within Miro just makes it pointless for brands. Or anyone really. I think I will find a board software that allows us to have control of our work. So sad as Miro is very UI/UX friendly. 

Hi,I need some help/advise with lines/arrows please.I create all of my diagrams within an A4 Frame as I find this helps when I send documents to PDF. The problem I have is that when I do this, the lines/arrows in the frame are very small, (even when set to maximum size) you just cannot not see the arrows, and the lines are very thin.Is there a way around this, am I doing something wrong?Many thanksSteven 

Hello, What kind of setup would you suggest to combine working in ZOOM & MIRO?I’m a MIRO user. The people I invite aren’t. What kind of settings do I have to prepare to make sure everybody can participate?I will make a basis with swimlanes and consider making a template for eacht element on the VSM. Hi Miro Community! I am trying to find a way to use Miro for Value Stream Mapping. I see there are templates out there with elements of VSM, but not one i can find that contains the shapes i need. For example, the customer shape in VSM is 3 sides of a rectangle, with 3 triangular points on the top. Is there a way to create a custom shape, or does anyone know of a template that contains the generally accepted shapes for VSM?

Miro provides a timer for meetings.  But Miro is also used for purposes that extend beyond meetings, like developing roadmaps, for instance.  Is anyone aware of a countdown timer that can be configured for days/dates instead of hours and minutes? Thanks!

Hi I left a team from an old training I did at my previous job, thinking that was ok. But I lost my board. Any way someone can help me get it back. It was several hours of work for developing a theory of change activity for my team, we are a non-profit. Help getting the board back would be amazing! So sorry I Made this mistake! How do you end a voting session started accidentally by another user? As a board owner/co-owner, you should be able to end a voting session started inadvertently by another editor. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to do it?
