Hi Community,I may be missing it, however I’m looking for a way to embed an Outlook calendar into a Miro board(s) - in a way that it is directly seen within the board (and preferably editable).The best I can find is: https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/importing-google-calendar-4680?tid=4680&fid=45, however this is for Google calendar and also uses iframes, so doesn’t provide the usability we’re looking for.I’ve also found a lot of information in embedding Miro into MS Teams. That’s the wrong direction for our use case.Points of noteAll users are delegates of the calendar in question We don’t care if users that don’t have delegation rights can see/interact with the board instance of the calendar. View of real time changes in the calendar is highly desired Ability to edit the calendar from within Miro is an added bonus, but not criticalMany thanks in advance!

I would like to use sketch style shapes and arrows to make engaging workflows. I currently use Sketch Wow which is great, but it is not collaborative.

Hello,I am working for a customer which has its own jira instance and it’s not possible to connect jira to miro and simply use the ‘jira cards’ feature of miro. So I copied and pasted manually some jira tickets to excel and then pasted as data to miro (with the nice features of choosing ‘paste as sticky notes’).As this is a hugh manual effort, maybe somebody knows a workaround which is much faster with less effort? I would be very happy of any hint :)

Hello, I have been using Miro for a while, but today when I loaded in some PDF’s (same way as before) the PDF’s are loading but then turning white. If I double click them then a window pops up with the viewable file (so I know the information is there, but you cant see it on the board 

I'm seeking assistance in developing a straightforward team intranet using Miro. To provide context, I'm part of an operations team comprising 15 individuals. Our role involves supporting the organization across various subfunctions such as finance, legal, HR, and compliance. Typically, we distribute a weekly newsletter to keep the team informed about updates, policies, documents, and where to find relevant information. However, we often receive emails and messages from team members seeking the same information or approaching the wrong person for queries. This can be frustrating for the team, especially since many members of the wider organization overlook the newsletter and policies we share.My aim is to establish a simple board that outlines team responsibilities, the specific areas each member handles, FAQs encountered by the operations team, and links to various resources. I need someone who can help me develp this on Miro. Thank you!

For the last few weeks none of my Miro boards work, the elements of the page are stuck and constantly loading:  I have tried:Clearing cache/cookies Checking webhooks from the help article When I click on some of my board links they’re either stuck loading (as above), or they show this error (and my team are using them so they definitely work:  I’m also not using any VPN blocking tools

Is there a way to size the whole board, other than in 25% increments?  For instance, 75% might be a bit too small, but 100% is too big, but 85 or 90% would be a best fit.

As a basic user, I can/should be able to toggle (cascade/show-hide) any element/object within my map, therein layering the subordinate (Child) objects underneath they’re Parent Object, so that I can layer flows within one another. E.g.Object 1 is the parent iconI toggle Objects 2, 3 and 4 so that they layer underneath and only show if/when I click their toggle icon against Object 1, the parent icon, for example. Is this currently possible to do? If so, can you provide an example please, thanks!

Several threads here about Miro not loading and it seems not solved. Some are many months back and support replies as “problem solved”, which is clearly not. I have the eternal loading animation after loading fine in the landing page and having a successful login.Have to try in different browsers to know that the issue is related to the platform being bugged on Firefox. Please solve that.

Hi! I need to translate content in a Miro board as a guest user. The board owner has enabled this Miro app but it doesn’t appear in the app list for me. Is there any way for guest users to access this or other app to translate in a Miro board? Thanks!

Hello community! I use the Miro application in Windows 11 PC with touch screen and pen. Is there a way to prevent the presenters toolbar from showing when writing with the pen on board? Currently, if I don't use the mouse or pen for a while, this presenters toolbar disappears, but as soon as I use the pen again to write on the board, the presenters toolbar is displayed, which causes distraction. I have 10 small circle shapes I want to arrange in a circular pattern over the outline of a larger circle shape, I can manually move them how I want, is there is a better way to do this?   

I logged in by mistake with another google account instead of my main account, so i logged out from that account but when i press log in to use my main account, it logs in in the wrong account, doesnt give me the option to choose the google account which i wanna log in. I tried uninstalling the app and clearing the windows registry but when i reinstall the app and press log in with google still auto log me in with the old account

I just wanted to try out Miro as a tool for mind mapping but I can’t even do basic edits. Once I add an element, there’s no way to edit it. I can delete the text bubble but the line stays and there is no way to event select it.As I have never used Miro mind maps before, are they a new feature that’s not really functional yet or how can I fix this?Here’s a quick video demonstration:

Hi all, I am trying to export an image, but I can see the grey background in my mind map. Is there a way to export with a transparent background or white? Even exporting with PDF I can see the background greyI tried to use other programs to remove background, but that affected the quality of the image.

Anyone know how to draw a straight vertical or horizontal line on the board?

I think it would be useful to have the possibility to add Harvey Balls on cards/post-it etc.I was thinking something like an icon or wireframe.  Apart from copy-paste the H-Ball as picture, I have not found any other way bringing them in MIRO-boards. I hope that I did not miss an already existing alternative... What do you think? 

After the latest ios update on iPad, the miro’s response to touch input freezes every few seconds. So for example when writing a line of numbers or text it will stop responding after a few letters, freeze for 2 or 3 seconds and then work again, but only for a few seconds, then freeze again, and so on.This is happening with my logitech stylus but also any input with my fingers. So no touch features work at all while it is frozen (pinch and zoom, pen tool, highlighter… all of it is showing this behaviour.) Confirmed it is the app only, as when I load up the board on a browser on the iPad it works fine. Have deleted and reinstalled the app but no improvement sadly. Anyone else having this?

I am using a board owned by Miro as part of the Miro partnership program. There is a Talktrack on a PI Planning board template you shared with me. When you play the video, there is blank canvas. The speaker is clearly talking about elements no longer present.I was told to enable “use original board” mode during playback. I did that and there were a couple elements, but still most were missing. A week later I tried original board mode again, and that time there was a completely blank canvas. Talktrack needs to keep a permanent accurate record or it isn’t going to be usable over just recording with zoom and attaching the zoom video to my Miro. I am happy to share the link given it is a Miro.com owned board.
