Image with low pixel

Hey,

 

It seems that some image have a very poor quality on miro, but they should be ok, because they have a good quality I don’t understand if the image isn’t loading or if I did something that I should’nt

@João Mesquita - Depending on the file size of the image and your Internet connection to Miro’s web servers, once you zoom in on the image, you may have to wait for a bit for it to download/render.

I would also suggest making sure that your image is set to Original size (100%):

 

I also did a test of uploading an image to a Miro board and downloading it again and the file size was the exact same, so I don’t believe Miro is compressing/modifying the image. Here’s a before and after image details:

Thank you for the answer I figure it out, I didn’t remember but it was an image from a pdf I just converted the pdf to image and it worked just fine.
