If I have the Starter plan, and I invite 3 members - could I distribute their access?

Hi everyone,

I currently have 2 projects with two different developers. 

I would like to have 2 separate boards within my workspace; one for each project.

I would like to invite each developer to their relevant board.

I don’t want a developer to see or have access to any other boards within my workspace other than the one that I invited him to, nor do I want them to know about any other team members within that workspace.

Is that possible?
