I was using Miro's free trial. Miro attempted to bill me, but the transaction initially failed because my card limit was too low. A few days ago, I increased the limit, which allowed the payment to process. However, after being successfully billed, the business features I paid for have not been activated.

I do not know how. I spent 20 minutes trying to udnerstand how to contact them directly and as I understood there is now way to contact them directly when I have a free plan

I am at free plan,I cannot upgrade to paid plan,I have multiple platforms need from me upgrade, so it will take me to more bills,I wish for you that support solving your problem.
