Dear all!

Unfortunately, by accident, I left the enterprise-plan team that I initially was part of, and where I created a board.

When I try to access this board now, miro tells me to join that team again - but when I click on the link to join, miro says I am already part of the team?! (see screenshot, in german)

So, I am lost in this loop - and I can’t even log out because miro.com/app/dashboard/ is loading and logging me in automatically, and the loop of doom begins anew …

Because of this loop, I can’t even access the menu or any other functiona/options in the app!

Any help or suggestions are very welcome, I really need this board very urgently! Why can’t I rejoin the team?

Hi ​@Bastian Bertsch-Hoermann, thanks for sharing the details (and screenshot). This happens when you are already a part of the organization but not a member of any teams there.

 

In this case, the quickest path forward is to contact one of your team admins and ask them to re-add you to the Enterprise team. If you’re unable to resolve the loop that way, I recommend reaching out directly to our Miro Support team, who can check your account status on the backend.

 

If you encounter any issues reaching them, please let me know so I can escalate.
