If there are frames on your board, you can open the frames panel and click on one of the frames to be taken there.

You can also open the activity log, and click on any of the objects showing up in the log to be taken to it.

@R K - You can use the Ctrl/Cmd+1 shortcut (or right-click on the board) to access the Show all feature which will centre all of the board content. From there, you can zoom into where you want to go - tip: If you are using a mouse with a wheel/zoom switch, put your cursor where you want to go and zoom.

If you remember at least one word (or a part of a word) that is on the board, you can search the board using Ctrl/Cmd+F (or click the magnifying glass at the top-left, by the board name) to get back to a spot on the board.
