HOW TO: Upload a .rtb file to my educationial account. Says file type not supported

How does one upload an .rtb file from another account into my educational account. When I try to “upload” the .rtb file (within a board), and choose Devic and click on the file - MIRO gives an error, file type not supported.

@NoName - A board backup (.rtb) file is restored using the Upload from backup action from your Miro dashboard (the screen you see when you first sign in to your Miro account):
