how can I restored board in free plan without link? Or how to restore link from deleted board?

Unfortunately as free accounts don’t have access to the Trash can or the restore board functionality, your only choice if you can’t access it via the historical URL is to open a Miro support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
