How do I select for Individual subscription in Starter plan?

Hi everyone!
I wanted to know if miro has currently put a minimum amount of members for the Starter subscriptions.
On July 9, 2026, I had a Starter plan with one license, your pricing page still states that automatic payments have no minimum, while the Help Center now says the minimum is two. Can I keep or reactivate my previous single-seat plan? I didn’t renewed for some weeks because I didn’t plan to work on my project those days, but it’s still weird that the renewing of the payment asked for a single seat (8€ + taxes) while now I can only select minimum 2 (16€ + taxes).

Just to save everyone here the trouble of waiting for Support, I already asked them directly.

They confirmed there is no way to go back to 1 Starter seat anymore. 

So if you're one person, you still have to pay for two.

That basically means Miro has doubled the minimum cost for solo users without giving us anything extra.

I honestly find this pretty unacceptable, and judging from this thread I'm clearly not the only one.

    I have the same issue; how do I re-activate my single seat?  I don’t need 2 seats and it’s trying to charge me double when I re-activate?

    I really has no one else to use the other member seat. and i don’t want to charge double!

    Same here! I want to be able to select one member, not at least two, and pay double. It's not fair.
