Not sure I understand the question as using the normal line/arrow tool, you can connect lines to anywhere. Is there some specific behavior related to the line-to-line connection that you are looking to achieve?

If I move bottom construction, the top line won’t stick.
I want to do like this:
I want to the top line to stick to the bottom line.

Unfortunately, even grouping separate connected lines won’t make them behave that way, so the only suggestion I’d have is to log an enhancement request for this following the guidelines here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know 🌠 | Miro
