How can I add link to local files in Miro App?

We have a lot of documentation in OneNote. To use Miro we need ability to add link to that files.
For example link “onenote:///D:\DESKTOP\@ProjectA.one#Тест&section-id={F27F371C-EF84-4F6F-BEB2-3963D9CD520B}&page-id={03669E05-74F0-4DE8-9518-BC64E474D62B}&object-id={7D497E49-CFF6-054D-1FA9-087023A16B29}&11”

If we use such link we have got an error like
 



How can we use links to local files?
