We have been delivering an online training course, and all has been going well until today. Today non of our guest editors can access video chat and a message appears telling them to report a bug (we couldnt see this from our side)
We have reported the problem, but is anyone else experiencing this today?

You’ve already received the reply from the Support team, and I want to duplicate it here just for visibility:
The issue with the guest editors being unable to join video chat has been resolved. Currently, users with guest editing rights are able to join the chat without the "Could not start the video" error.
