Guest editors - is there a way to ensure that the access link cannot be passed around?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Miro and I was wondering about the guest editor feature. Is there any way to ensure that the access link cannot be passed around? Is there something that prevents other people to access the board who I have not sent the link to but attained it through someone else? If not are their measures I can take?

Thank you!

Sarah

Unfortunately not - public access is full public access if that URL gets shared or compromised.

There is at least one wish list topic here which you could vote for to raise the importance of this to Miro’s product managers: https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/password-protected-public-boards-350

Password functionality is coming. Have a look at https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/password-protected-public-boards-350/index2.html to see how it looks like @Sarah Ress
