Free plan - teams limit

Hi. If we are in free plan and I'm a member of a team I cannot create a new team for to have separate of boards that is not viewable to another team? what can we do? thank you

@Suzette - Because your Miro profile (the account you sign into with using your email address) is already a member of a Free Plan team, you cannot create another Free Plan team. Your options are:

  1. Upgrade the Free Plan team you are in to paid plan using the Upgrade button from your Free Plan team dashboard.
  2. Create a new Team Plan team from your Free Plan team dashboard using the Add teams (”+”) button on the left-and side of the screen:
  3. Or create a new Miro account with another email address.
