I have a Miro account with the email which has “@xxxx.jp”. Then we changed the company domain to “@xxxx.co.jp”, and I tried to change the email settings from “.jp” to “.co.jp”. However, the Miro app shows the error message: "Sorry, this email is already registered. Please use a different email address.”
Additionally, when I try to log in to Miro with Microsoft SSO of “.co.jp” on Safari, I can log in, but the email value in the settings page shows “.jp”.
Do you know how I can change my email address to the new domain? We did not change the Microsoft account which set “.jp” or “.co.jp”
