Hello @Cin-ng!

Sometimes an existing plan/team space is not upgraded, and a new team space is set up instead.

Can you try:

  1. Signing out of your Miro account and back in
  2. Review each team space that is available to you on the left-vertical bar of your dashboard:

You can see the subscription/plan details by going to the Team profile page:

 

Near the bottom:

 

You can then cycle through the your team spaces from the same view:
