Can you clarify:

I lost my draw io miro board content.

• Did you open the board and it unexpectedly gone?
• Did you delete it?

I can’t even restore it. 

• Can you see an entry in the Board history: Activity panel, but cannot restore it? E.g.

  

• Or, do you have a paid plan, and you tried – but we unable – restore a previous version of the board that contained the draw.io diagram?

I was working on the draw io board, it froze and then everything was gone. I definitely did not delete it.

I have a paid plan through The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, but the previous versions were empty too!
