I cancelled my suscription time ago and you are stilling charging my credit card. I ask you to stop doing this and refund the unauthorized payments. It is strange that you don’t have an email for customer assitance, phone number or another type of personal contact. It is easy to hire a plan with you, however it’s not easy to cancel, as it should be. I hope you do things right. I have trusted your company, don’t take advantage of customers that have shared with you their credit cards information. Thank you, hope to hear from you soon.
