I should be able to change my Admin account to an Occasional license, but that option doesn’t show up in Bulk Actions.  Any recommendations?

It appears that I can view the “Active Users” in two different ways - one way shows me options for changing licenses, and the other way does not.

The view arrived at via my Profile lets me change licenses.

If I view “Active Users” via the Company option, license changes aren’t available.
