My app is not allowing me to create new sticky notes. When I click on the plus icon, I get the menu options for text, sticky note, stickies capture, etc. When I click on sticky note, the menu disappears and I end up back on my board with the plus icon again. I am able to create notes on the desktop with no issue. I restarted my app, but it’s still not working. I am an android user.

Have you tried:
- restarting your phone
- checking for an app update in the Google Play store
- clearing the app data
- uninstall, reinstall the app
