Hi Miro Community,
I recently noticed an attempted charge on my account from Miro, but I’m not sure which account it’s linked to. This isn’t my primary banking account anymore, so there’s insufficient funds and they keep trying to charge me anyway. I was able to log in to two Miro accounts and deactivate them, but both were on the free plan anyway (and I had to sign back into one to make this). I didn’t receive an invoice for the charge, which makes me suspect it might be from an account registered to an old email address that I no longer have access to (probably from graduate school).
Could someone guide me on:
- How to identify which account the payment is associated with?
 - How to cancel the subscription if I can’t log in to that account?
 
If a Miro Support team member could step in and help look up the charge using my payment details, that would be very helpful, as I want to make sure I’m not paying for an unused account.
