I can log in fine via Safari and the Mac desktop app using my email and password. But when I use Chrome (my default browser), I keep getting redirected back to the login screen. Does anyone else have this problem or advice?

Chrome is my standard approach of using Miro but I’m on a PC, not a Mac. Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history?
Also, can you confirm that your Google Chrome is up-to-date (as per the version info provided here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572814-Supported-Browsers)?
If none of that helps, I’d suggest contacting Miro support…
