Dear all,

 

in our Miro Team space we have a Board that was created by a former employee of our company. Since she has left the company, no one can edit or delete the Board - not even our Admin.

 

Do you know something how I can resolve this?

@Mi Lo - Usually a team mbwr with the role of Team or Company Admin can delete the member from the team and with reassign the deleted user's boards/projects/custom templates or just delete the content.

What plan type do you have? Free, Team, Business, Consultant, or Enterprise?

We have a consulting plan. Our Admin just tried. He told me that nothing has changed. Does is take a while until the board can be managed?

@Mi Lo - I believe there are two steps: Delete them from the team, and from the company.
