Hi Everyone, how are you?

I am deeply distressed that all my work has been removed from Miro without any explanation or prior communication. This board was created in May and now in September it no longer exists.

How can I get my work back? Help me, please?
A board can be deleted from my account for not having updates?

@Rodrigo Nunes - The only time Miro deletes boards from active accounts is when they have been in the trash for more than 30 days. I will assume that is not the case here.

There are a number of things that could be happening here, e.g.

  • You are a member of multiple teams in Miro and are currently looking in the wrong team, e.g., my Miro profile is a member of ten teams and I can click on any of these to switch between team dashboards:
  • You may no longer be a member of the team where you created the board.
  • You may not have been the board owner, i.e., you did not initially create the board, and the board owner deleted (or renamed) the board.
  • You are on the right team dashboard, but are viewing the Starred boards page, rather than All boards:
  • Your dashboard filter may need changing:

Do you still have the board link in your browser history? If so, what happens when you search your browser history for :”https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_”, e.g., Ctrl/Cmd+H in Chrome:

Thanks, @Robert Johnson , but my link doesn't work anymore.

@Rodrigo Nunes - Your last hope is if Miro support can restore the board.
