My Business Plan trial has recently ended, and I am currently unable to downgrade my account back to the Free Plan.
The system has generated a pending invoice, and because the payment hasn't processed, the "Downgrade" and "Cancel" options are currently locked/greyed out. Additionally, I am having trouble accessing the standard support contact form through the dashboard.
I would like to request assistance to:

Cancel the pending invoice associated with this trial conversion.

Downgrade the account to the Free Plan so I can continue using the basic features.
Could a moderator please reach out or escalate this to the billing team so we can resolve this privately?
