I am being billed for a free account and I can’t find any customer service number to call and get this resolved.

Lesson learned: before I sign up for anything FREE I will make sure I speak to a live person at customer support.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it.

Hi, i have the same issue. I was charged USD134.40 on my card. But i don’t have a paid account, my personal account is on Free plan and my work account is on Education plan. there are no billing tabs on my profile. I did not receive any email or invoice regarding this payment transaction. How do i resolve this and get my money back?


Hi,

I received a charge on my debit card of 24.20 EUR despite being on free plan. I’m not part of any other team and I’m alone in that team.

As I’m on the free plan there is no way to contact support. There is no email or phone number in the support center. There is also no Billing tabs in my profile/admin console.
