Administrador não integra mais a organização e assim não temos mais capacidade de excluir usuários. Mandei um e-mail para experts@miro.com, mas não obtive retorno. Alguém saberia me dizer como consigo solucionar essa questão?

@Thyell de Mattos Mascarenhas - If you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these steps:

After you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription → Billing & Payments / Other.

@Thyell de Mattos Mascarenhas - Since Free Plan users are unable to open support tickets, this Community forum is your best alternative.

To get around your current situation, you could:

  1. Create a new Free Plan team
  2. Add all of your current members to your new team
  3. You promote at least two people to Team Admin!
  4. Everyone moves all of their boards to the new team
  5. Everyone then leaves the old team.
