Board content limitations

Hello Community,

Does a single Miro board have limitations in terms of:

-how many images can be pasted on it? videos? other objects?

-how much content (overall wight/size) can be placed on one board?

-does load/refresh time of the board depend on how much content is on it?

@Kiron Bondale  thanks.   sounds like a screenshot (copy paste) is the best way to retain static data - true?  Better than uploading jpg, gif, or bmp, msword or other files.  just COPY and Paste an image.

Hi,

I use MIRO for everything.

I have carried out a test per single board.

I uploaded 10 000 png files around 0.5 MB each. Board was unusable. It didn’t crash though.

At 6k zoom in/out was working but very slow.

At 3k it's working but slow.

At 1k board functions normally. Loads images pretty fast.

1k is about the size before split boards into multiple.

I love this tool

I believe that a widely accepted understanding is that a “screenshot” refers to capturing an image of something, so this would be an image, just like if you uploaded an image to a board.

Example - I took a screenshot of part of this post using Snagit, pasted to a board using Ctrl+V, and the result is a new .png file in the board:
