Upgrading to Team plan

Hi everyone,

We are 15 people using a free team on Miro. We will upgrade to a Team plan only for 3 seats (budget limitations). Is it possible to have 2 teams, one with the 3 paid accounts with all the benefits that it gives (just for those 3 accounts) and still have another team with all 15 member with the free team conditions?

I am worried that by upgrading to the team plan, we will split the group in 2 (the 3 ones with the paid version and the 12 others with the free version).

Best regards,

Eduard

It should definitely be possible for Miro support to do this for you so I’d suggest opening a ticket with them: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Be aware that if any of the unpaid folks try to edit a board which is part of the paid team’s account, you will still be billed for them unless you use the Anonymous Guest Editor access method.
