Why can't I use paid features in my Team plan?

@matsuda - The paid features can only be used by those who are members of the paid team in which the boards belong to. When you are on boards that are outside of your team, you are considered a "guest editor" and as per the Collaboration with Anonymous Guest Editors help center article there are a number of actions/features that are not available to guests:
