App initizalization failure

The board is just loading and says something about the system failure. Does anyone have this problem now?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Let’s work together to troubleshoot the issue. Could you please share the steps taken to troubleshoot this? If there’s non yet, have you tried the steps here:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013588560-Board-performance-and-loading-issues?

 

If the issue persists after troubleshooting, kindly reach out to support team and provide answers to the questions below:

  1. Does the issue occur on one specific board, or does it happen across all boards? Please provide the link to the board where the issue occur.
  2. When did you first notice this problem? An approximate date and time would be helpful.
  3. Have you tried accessing the board using the Miro Desktop app? Since the issue seems browser-specific, could you also let me know which browser and version you’re using?
  4. Lastly, could you share more about your internet connection? For instance, are you on a VPN, a home network, or using another type of connection?

Your responses will help us pinpoint the cause and provide a solution. Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with in the meantime!

Hey @Bradley Butcher,

Thats weird, and annoying 😮‍💨.

Could you let me know if the problem also occurs in another browser? If it doesnt > try clearing your cookies in Safari and then retry?

This morning a have the same issue on firefox but it’s working on chrome

How can we solve this?
