How to customize card fields?

Is there a functionality to add more fields to the cards, mapping them to the fields in the source Excel files?

How to add more than one responsible for a card from a team?

Based on current card functionality, these would be enhancement requests - you may wish to add a wish list article for each and provide the use case or rationale for the need to encourage others in the community to vote for it.
