Is it possible to have more than one team at a university?

Hi, I’m interested in applying for an educational plan for my project team at our university here in Germany. Is there a limit to the number of teams per university, or can various teams sign up for different educational plans? We are trying to figure out if we should set up one team for our whole department or separate ones for each project team. Thanks!!
