the board I´ve created won´t open


Dear miro-community,

 

I´ve registered my account (free) yesterday and want to start working.

Unfortunately the board I´ve created won´t open. It´s stuck in an “infinite” loading screen.

I´m using the newest Chrome browser.

In past/resolved topics I couldn´t find help. Maybe someone can help me with my issue.

thanks for your reply. Actually the thread you mentioned was a different topic, but:

after more research in the miro help center I found the problem´s solution. It had to do with the WebSockets (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572694-Connection-Could-Not-Be-Established).

Sorry to hear this! It might be connected with the incident we had (here’s the community thread about it).

The incident has been resolved, and Miro should be working now. Can you please confirm this?
