Not able to set up my Miro for my company

Hi everyone!

I’m working with Company A, but Company B added me to their Miro boards and teams as I was working with them through my Company A email. I am now in a position that I want to set up Company A Miro board and team. I have left all the Company B teams (found how to do it online). Now when I’m trying to go to Miro website with my Company A email, I get a message that I should ask Company B to access the boards, whereas I don’t want to access their boards or teams. I simply want to setup my Company A boards. Hopefully you are able to help me. Thanks a lot!

Hi @Iti Armpalu,

It seems that you are still in the Company B’s Miro org. Please contact the admin of that account and ask them to delete you from the list of team members. 

After that, you’ll be able to create your own team and upgrade it.

    @Iti Armpalu - Are you essentially saying that you want to create your own Miro team?
