Hi, I will have my next online workshop next week w/ approx. 17 participants. None of them (accept me) is official miro user.

As you changed the share options several times in the past, what is you recommendation for me to let the participants join and work (edit !) successful together at the easiest way?

@Stefan  - The sounds like an ideal use case for for Guest Editor access with an optional password.

In the board’s Share settings:

  1. set Anyone with the link → Can edit
  2. and then set a password:
