How to retire from university and save my work

I’m on the free education plan and have been for five years. Due to budget cuts, I am being forced to retire. 😣

I am assuming once I lose access to my current email address, I won’t be able to use my account. I can get a free retiree email account at the university, but when I tried to change my associated email to that email address, it automatically added me to different team with a free plan, rather than just change my email address on my current account.

Can someone let me know my options for saving my Miro work and continuing to use Miro? I will be continuing to work and teach, just not for my current employer, and not for an institution with a .edu email address.

Thanks!

@Amy Saville - Sorry to hear this!

I am going to convert your post into a Miro support ticket as they will be best equipped to advise how to make this change based up on your current account profile set up.

Once you receive the email confirmation that your ticket was created, please reply to that email to advise:

  1. the email address your Education Plan is currently set up under
  2. and the new email address you would like to use with your account.
