Hello, Despite having “show collaborators’ cursors” enabled in my board preferences and “show cursors” enabled as well, I can’t see the cursors. But my collaborators can acutally see mine and others cursors as well on my own board.
If I open my board in a private tab (I’m using Chrome) cursors are showing on my own board.
If I go on my collaborators’ board I can see their cursors.
The problem is only affecting my boards and my own vision but I can’t find anything beside the two options I already enabled.

Duplicate an affected board – If you make a copy of one of the affected boards, does the issue still occur on the duplicate? If the duplicate works, it could indicate an issue in the original board.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support with details about the affected boards so they can investigate further.
