Miro and Remo (Events.com)

Has anyone had issues with functionality of Miro with other platforms (integrations)? We are currently using Remo (now Events.com) to host student workshops. We recently tried to use functionality of business plan free trial to improve the experience and collaboration for the students. We are non-profit that provides scholarship and innovation workshops for students. We have had multiple issues with board functionality and non being able to save out progress. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’re experiencing issues with Miro’s functionality when using it alongside Remo during your student workshops.

 

A few things you might try:

  • Ensure everyone is using a supported browser like Chrome or Edge, and clear cache/cookies.
  •  If participants can’t save progress, check board permissions under Share settings to confirm they have the correct access.
  • if boards are not saving changes, unstable internet connections could be a factor.
  • Try accessing the board directly in Miro to see if the issue is related to integration.

If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to Miro Support with details about your setup and issues.
