Connect to Drata - Access Review

Hello All,

We are using Drata to review access, but I encountered an issue when trying to connect with Miro. I followed tthe guide to create the app and attempted to connect from Drata, but the connection failed. The error message displayed is:

"Unable to establish connection - Unable to connect to Miro."

My account have admin permission in Miro and Drata.

Could you please assist in resolving this?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the integration between Drata and Miro. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure that the app in Miro is correctly configured with the right OAuth settings and API permissions as per Drata’s integration guide.

  2. While you mentioned having admin access, double-check that your role includes integration management permissions in both Miro and Drata.

  3. If your organization has strict security settings, ensure that Drata can communicate with Miro’s API.

  4. Disconnect the integration and attempt to reconnect, ensuring there are no typos or misconfigured settings.

If the issue persists, please reach out support team using the Miro profile with Company Admin role.
