I’ve been using Miro for a while now and find it incredibly helpful for brainstorming and collaborating. However, I’ve encountered a bit of a challenge when it comes to sharing multiple files collected within a Miro board. Often, I find myself needing to share multiple assets like images, documents, and PDFs, but the process of downloading and uploading them one by one is very time-consuming.
I was wondering if there’s a way to streamline this process within Miro, perhaps with an integration that allows users to zip files directly from the platform. The idea of "File to Zip"—compressing multiple files into one folder—is something I’ve seen work well in other tools. If Miro had a feature that allowed me to select several files, zip them, and then share them as a single folder, it would save a lot of time and prevent the confusion of dealing with multiple downloads.
To clarify, "File to Zip" refers to taking multiple files and compressing them into one folder. This technique makes it much easier to share and organize the files without having to send each one separately. There are free tools available, like a "folder zipper for free," which allow users to do this compression step with no extra cost. I think it would be incredibly useful to have this feature inside Miro, especially for those of us who collaborate often and need to send multiple assets at once.
Has anyone else faced this issue in Miro? I’m curious if there are existing workarounds, or if this is something the community would be interested in as a potential featur
