Do I have to be the owner in order to export a board?

My colleague created a board and shared the link with me as an editor. But I’m not seeing the export icon at the top of the board. Do I have to be the owner in order to export a Board?

@Debbie Rappaport - You do not need to be the board owner as you could export it, i.e., would have the export this board option, if you were a member of the team that the board belongs to (and you have access to the board). However, Guest Editor’s cannot export the board as per the Collaboration with Anonymous Guest Editors help article:
