Issue: board tools on firefox

Hello,

Since a couple of days, the boards I open on firefox do not show all available actions/tools. When i open the same board on chrome, it shows the normal toolbars with all tools.

Here are screenshots of available actions that are left on firefox for me:

Could you let us know:

  1. What device and screen resolution you’re using when accessing Miro on Firefox? Sometimes, smaller screens limit the number of visible tools on the toolbar to optimize space.
  2. Have you tried pinning the tools? Certain tools might need to be manually pinned to appear in the toolbar.

 

Additionally, it might help to clear your browser cache or check if Firefox is updated to the latest version. Let me know if any of these suggestions work, or feel free to share more details about your setup so we can assist further!

Hi ​@Eca,

For the size of the screen it was displayed on à 1440p screen.
For the firefox version, i’m on the beta channel for updates, so I am 1 version above current latest released.

While I was triyng to clear the cache and to run it on different firefox versions, it somehow just worked on the thrid run.

Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear it worked on the third run. It’s possible that the beta version of Firefox had a temporary issue, or there may have been a caching conflict.

 

If this issue pops up again, feel free to clear the cache, try disabling any extensions that might be affecting the browser, or consider switching to a stable release of Firefox.
