As soon as I complete the course from Miro academy, I am receiving mail from Credly to accept my badge. What happens if I don’t accept the badge from Credly after completing a course from Miro Academy? Will it not appear on my profile in Miroverse and Credly?

You have posted the same question in five different threads. I refer to you to this thread here where we answer the question the Miro badges and Credly. You don’t have to accept the Credly invitation if you don’t want to, but if you don’t set up an account, then no, it won’t appear on your profile.
