The button for removing the background has disappeared. Changing the browser doesn't help.

Miro Assist has been disabled by a Company Admin
If you are on a Miro Enterprise Plan subscription, your plan’s Company Admin may have disabled Miro AI:

Do you see it when selecting other objects, e.g., sticky or mind map node (with text!):
