How to get edit rights on the first 2 boards I have been added on a free plan

Hello miro community,

 

Does anyone have any idea why I cannot get edit rights of 2 boards that I have been added from my team? Is is possible to get edit rights on the first 3 boards that you have been added on a free plan? Let me know.

    If these boards aren’t created by you, then whoever is the owner would need to share the boards with you or the team with full edit access.

    Hi @Kiron Bondale ,

     

    Thank you for the reply and trying to help. The owner of the board has invited me with full edit access but stil I cannot edit anything. I am on view and comment only. Do you have an idea why this happens?

    @Dimitra Chatzipantazi - If they owner of the board cannot figure it out, I would suggest they open a Miro support ticket as the support team will have more insights into relevant details (plan type, team setup, board set up, etc.).
