locked out of webwhiteboard

I am dealing with a problem similar to this thread: https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/resolved-can-t-open-or-save-my-web-whiteboard-8910

I've tried to create a new account with several different emails and browsers, however nothing seems to work. I am desperate for the information on that board and would really like to find a solution.

@Robert JohnsonCould you help me or create a support ticket for me on this issue?
