Team admin to company admin how to?

Hi,

 

im new a company admin (we go to the enterprise plan). We ar now two company admins, but i can’t grant the company admin rights to my colleagues. Could only miro support grant the rights to a seccond admin?

@Marcel Friebel -

According to this Help Center article (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013892580), you should be able to add/remove Company Admins under the Enterprise plan. Can you clarify from where you have tried to set this permission for your colleague?
